2.1 To register and use jili.wim, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

3.3 jili.wim may, at its sole discretion, decline to open an account for any applicant without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
3.4 You are responsible for ensuring that your account details remain current. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays in processing withdrawals or other account-related actions.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jili.wim username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 jili.wim will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jili.wim that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jili.wim support immediately.
4.3 You must notify jili.wim immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. jili.wim will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.4 jili.wim strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This feature is available in your account security settings and provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorized access.
5.1 jili.wim accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.
5.2 All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. jili.wim does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
5.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. jili.wim reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.
5.4 jili.wim reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
5.5 All transactions on jili.wim are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player.
6.1 jili.wim may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
6.2 Bonuses are opt-in. You are not required to accept any bonus offered by jili.wim. Once a bonus has been accepted and wagering has commenced, the bonus cannot be reversed.
6.3 jili.wim reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including in cases where jili.wim reasonably suspects that a player is abusing the bonus system.
6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion, or the use of automated software to exploit promotional offers — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.
7.1 All games available on jili.wim are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a wager.
7.2 Slot games and other RNG-based titles on jili.wim use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by reputable game providers. Game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by jili.wim or by any player.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jili.wim and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds:

This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jili.wim content without prior written consent.
9.3 Any unauthorised use of jili.wim's intellectual property may result in legal action and will result in immediate termination of your account.
10.1 jili.wim provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jili.wim disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 jili.wim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if jili.wim has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 jili.wim's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jili.wim account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 jili.wim shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
11.1 jili.wim is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered players:

14.2 Your continued use of jili.wim following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using jili.wim and may request account closure.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between you and jili.wim, you are encouraged to contact jili.wim's customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. jili.wim will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
